Booking Procedures & Policies 

1. Booking Process:

1.1 Inquiry:

  • Clients can reach out via email or through our website to inquire about our photography services. Please see our contact page for more information. 

​

1.2 Consultation:

  • We offer a complimentary consultation to discuss the client's requirements, vision, and expectations.

​

  • The consultation can be conducted over the phone or via video call.

​

1.3 Quotation:

  • Based on the consultation, we will provide a detailed quotation outlining the services, pricing, and any additional costs.

​

1.4 Booking Confirmation:

  • To secure our services, clients must book & pay for the service they need through our online booking platform. A confirmation email will be sent to the client once payment has been recieved.

​

2. Payments:

​

2.1 Booking Fee:

  • The cost of the service is required to secure the date and time for the photography session.

​

2.2 Balance Payment:

  • If there is a remaining balance on your service, the balance must be settled 1 day before the scheduled service.

​

​

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

​

3.1 Cancellation:

  • If the client cancels the booking within 1 week of the scheduled date, the booking fee can be refunded.

​

  • If cancellation occurs within 3 days of the scheduled session, the service can be rescheduled for a date within the next 30 days from the cancellation upon request.

​

  • If the photographer needs to cancel, the full booking fee will be refunded or the client may choose to apply the booking fee to a future date. â€‹

​

3.2 Rescheduling:

  • Clients can request to reschedule the session at least 3 days prior to the original date, subject to availability. The session must be re-rescheduled for a date within the next 30 days from the cancellation.

4. Client Responsibilities:

​

4.1 Cooperation:

  • Clients are expected to cooperate during the photography session to ensure the best possible results.

​

4.2 Venue Access:

  • Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions and permits for photography at specific locations.

​

​

5. Delivery:

​

5.1 Delivery Timeframe:

  • The edited photographs will be delivered within 12-14 business days after the photography session. Faster turnaround must be discussed in advance and may be subject to an additional fee.

5.2 Delivery Method:

  • High-resolution images will be delivered digitally via We Transfer.

​

​

6. Image Usage:

​

6.1 Client Usage:

  • Clients are granted personal use rights for the images.

  • Commercial use or distribution of images without permission is prohibited.

​

​

7. Force Majeure:

​

7.1 Unforeseen Circumstances:

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, illness), we will work with clients to reschedule or refund.

​

​

8. Policy Changes:

​

8.1 Amendments:

  • We reserve the right to update these policies. Clients will be notified of any changes.

​

​
